Headless Empire stores the GFAVIP Wallet identity supplied after secure sign-in, including your GFAVIP user ID and available account profile fields. It also stores your checklist progress, private notes, onboarding state, and suggestions so the service can provide your workspace.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate you, preserve your progress, operate requested features, administer the checklist, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve service reliability. Private notes and progress are not presented as a public community feed.

Retention and control

Checklist items may be archived while member progress is retained for continuity. You can request deletion of your account and member-scoped records through the Account Deletion process.
